    Have two of these 48v chargers that I use on my golf carts. I am sure that I got an extra two years out of the batteries before they required replacement. Over 6 years in AZ heat and they are left in storage for half the year. Most people are only getting about 4 years out of their batteries. Very worthwhile investment.
